The active medium is a multi-component nutrient medium for wine and alcohol-turbo yeasts. It allows to significantly shorten the fermentation time and ensures its correct progress, especially in extreme conditions. In addition, it facilitates the process of restarting the fermentation.

The yeast nutrient medium contains inactive yeast cells, cell walls and a mixture of cellulose and ammonium salts, as well as amino acids, vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, PP, choline, etc.) and minerals (such as Mg, Na, K, Ca ).

ACTIVIT provides the ingredients necessary for the proper development of yeast strains, which ensures their maximum activity in each phase of fermentation.

The influence of the yeast nutrient environment is most visible in the middle phase of fermentation, ensuring complete fermentation of sugars and eliminating the problem of slowing down and stopping fermentation.

Dosage:

- fruit mash: 20-40 g per 100 liters

- resuming / restarting fermentation: 40-60 g per 100 liters

- distillation turbo-alcohol yeast: 50-100 g per 100 liters
