Instructions:

1. Make sure the must is ready for fermentation

2. Measure the required amount according to the recommended dosage

3. Add the nutrient to the must

5. After complete dissolution, add the yeast

6. Continue fermentation according to the selected recipe parameters

Recommended dosage:

• Fruit juices and sugar-based musts: 2-3g per 1 liter

• Grain musts: 0.5-1g per 1 liter

• Thick fruit musts: 1-2g per 1 liter
