Turbo Yeast Double Snake Vodka contains a very neutral yeast, specialised in high alcohol pure fermentations. 

Also contains a glucoamylase enzyme present for handling breakdown of starch from raw materials typically used when fermenting a mash for Vodka distilling.

Instructions:

1) Prepare 21 litres of water at 35°C

2) Add 6 kg of dextros (or 2 kg wheat malt extract and 4.5 kg sugar)

3) Mix until completely dissolved

4) Add sachet contents

5) Let ferment 7 days

6) Ambient temperature ideally 18-22°C

Note: there may be heavy foaming - seal loosely without airlock
