Yeast TURBO X-PURE 21.3% for 100L - 360g
Turbo yeast X-Pure 21.3% is the only yeast on the market that fermentes up to 21.3% alcohol and is the first yeast to fully process 36 kg of sugar per 100 liters.
Thanks to Turbo X-Pure, you can easily make different types of must: sugar, fruit and grain. The advantage of the mixture is also the pleasant smell of the final product.
Fast and efficient fermentation - yeast perfectly processes up to 36 kg of sugar. In just 5-6 days it can ferment 25 kg of sugar.
One bag of Turbo X-Pure yeast is enough for 100 liters of must, and depending on the expected alcohol content, 25 to 36 kg of sugar must be added.
Instructions for use:
1) Select the fermentation variant (see table):

2) Add the first portion of sugar to the fermentation tank and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of warm water at a temperature of about 30°C.
3) Then add the contents of the sachet and mix thoroughly
4) Ferment the prepared solution during the days indicated in the table (according to the selected variant) at a temperature of 20-25⁰С.
5) For options II-IV, carefully add the next portions of sugar after * 24 and ** 48 hours at a sugar concentration of approximately 10⁰Blg.
Warning: must foams!
At the end of the fermentation, the wort itself clears. Low temperatures promote clarification.
At the end of the fermentation, the must has a sweet aftertaste due to the glycerol produced by the yeast.
Use the entire package for one wort.
Ingredients: yeast, potassium (V) phosphate, magnesium (VI) sulphate, calcium (IV) carbonate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
