Alcohol yeast Turbo Slivovitz for 10-14 days is an ideal mixture of yeast, nutrients, vitamins and pectoenzyme for rapid fermentation of plum and sugar must.
Allows to get up to 17-18% alcohol in 10-14 days!
Instructions for use:
1) Chop 14 kg of plums (preferably pitted)
2) Prepare sugar syrup from 9 liters of hot water and 5 kg of sugar
3) Add the sugar syrup to the chopped plums
4) Cool the liquid to 25-30°C, add the contents of the bag and mix thoroughly
5) Ferment for about 2 weeks, stirring every 2 days
6) To get a higher percentage of alcohol, add 1.5 kg of sugar after 5 days
7) Then filter
Ingredients: yeast, diammonium phosphate, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, dried pectoenzyme, vitamin B1
