1) Prepare the must according to the recipe for semi-sweet wine made from the selected fruit
2) Pour the contents of the sachet into 300 ml of water at a temperature below 30°C and mix thoroughly
3) After 30 minutes, mix with the wine must
4) Add sugar (200-300 g/l) in two portions: 1/2 at the beginning of fermentation and the remaining portion after three days
5) Ferment at a temperature of 22°C to 29°C for 5 to 7 days, until the liberation of CO2 stops
