      Turbo yeast TURBO Grappa is a noble mixture of turbo alcohol yeast and nutrients for fermentation of must from fruit pulp (apples, grapes, currants, pears, etc.) Fast fermentation, improves fruit aroma.

      Turbo-GRAPPA yeast allows you to get up to 14-18% alcohol in 7-10 days.

      Instructions for use:

      1) Prepare a must from fruit pulp and water in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1.5 depending on the type of fruit used

      2) Before starting the fermentation, pour the contents of the sachet into about 300 ml of water at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, mix thoroughly and after 30 minutes pour it into the must

      3) Sugar is added 4-5kg per 25L in portions: 1/2 on the first day of fermentation, 1/4 after 3 days, the rest on the 5th day of fermentation

      4) Ferment at 20°C to 29°C for 7 to 10 days until the evolution of CO2 ceases, then drain the liquid leaving a residue and distill twice, carefully preserving the fruit notes
