TURBO YEAST X-PURE - active dried yeast with yeast nutrient is the only yeast on the market that fermentes up to 21.3% alcohol.

Recipe for 25 litres of batch: 

1) Choose the fermentation option (see the table)

2) Pour the first portion of sugar into the fermentation container and dissolve it in appropriate amount of lukewarm water with temperature of 25-30⁰C

3) Next, pour the whole bag content in and mix it in thoroughly. Ferment the solution so prepared for the number of days specified in the table (according to the option selected) in the temperature of 20-25⁰C.

 * For batches with sugar amount exceeding 7 kg, the second portion of sugar should be added carefully after 24 hours. It's best to add about 100g of sugar and wait until the foam drops - then add the rest of the sugar. This will prevent spilling out of the batch.
