Highly alcoholozing selected turbo yeast mix for the fermentation of white and red fruit musts.
Fast fermentation and enhanced fruity flavour.
1) Pour the contents of the sachet into 1,2 L of water at a temperature below 30°C and mix thoroughly.
2) After 30 minutes, mix with must;
3) Add sugar (200 - 300 g/L) in two portions: 1/2 at the beginning of fermentation and the remaining portion after three days.
4) Ferment at a temperature of 22°C to 29°C for 5 to 7 days, until the liberation of CO2 stops.
Ingredients: turbo yeast, mineral salts medium, vitamin B1.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
