Turbo yeast FRUIT Spiritferma specially prepared preparation used for the fermentation of fruit juices
- pour the yeast into a setting at a temperature of not more than 30C,
- mix thoroughly,
- optimal fermentation temperature is 20-27C,
- in order to achieve an alcoholic level of about 18% alcohol, we must strengthen with a sugar and water solution (200-300g of sugar per 1 liter of must).
The sachet is enough for 25l of adjustment.
