Turbo Pure 48 is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast that is suited for mash and alco base, not for fruit Schnapps.
Instructions:
1. Dissolve 6-8 kg sugar into 8 litre hot water
2. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved
3. Top up to 25 litre with cold water.
4. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 40°C then add the Turbo Yeast sachet
5. Continue to stir until no more yeast particles are visible
6. Allow to ferment at 20-30°C air temperature for 2-7 days
