Wine yeast Restart is a combination of active, high-alcohol S. bayanus yeast and specialized yeast nutrients, thanks to which it is possible to restart the fermentation of wines and musts.
Method of use:
Add the yeast directly to the wort and leave for further fermentation at a temperature of 25-30°C.
Ingredients: yeast (84.1%), diammonium phosphate (V) (15.9%).
