      The yeast will help to restart the stopped fermentation if the alcohol content is below 10% and min. 10°Blg.

      Resumption of fermentation in 7 days - this is the time required for yeast to multiply under difficult conditions, including alcohol in the wort.

      Wine yeast Restart is a combination of active, high-alcohol S. bayanus yeast and specialized yeast nutrients, thanks to which it is possible to restart the fermentation of wines and musts.

      Method of use:

      Add the yeast directly to the wort and leave for further fermentation at a temperature of 25-30°C.

      Ingredients: yeast (84.1%), diammonium phosphate (V) (15.9%).
