Noble, universal, dried yeast - ideal for all types of table wines.
Especially recommended for wines from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorns, apples, rosehips, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, cherries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, greens and plums, elderberries, chokeberries, black, white and red currants, blueberries.
Enovini WS is a specially selected strain of wine yeast to extract the optimal amount of aromas from the fruit. These yeasts produce a soft, well-balanced wine with a pronounced unique bouquet, beautiful and stable color and high transparency.

Method of use:
1) Mix the contents of the packet in 100 ml of boiled water and cool to 30°C
2) Leave for 20 minutes at room temperature
3) After this time, pour the solution into the fermentation vessel
Ingredients: wine yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, emulsifier: sorbitol monostearate.
For an optimal fermentation process, it is desirable to add wine nutrients with vitamin B1
