Strong and clarified wines with an alcohol content of up to 18% - Enovini wine yeast will allow you to prepare wort for any type of wine with an alcohol content of up to 18%. Their high alcohol tolerance will also allow fermentation to resume if for some reason the wine stops fermenting too early.
Universal yeast - ideal for white, rosé, red, sweet and dry wines.
Easy to use - active dry yeast is extremely easy to use, just dissolve it in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C and leave for 20 minutes.
Fast and stable fermentation, fermentation temperature 15-35°C - a specially selected mixture of two yeast strains ensures fast and stable fermentation in a very wide temperature range and a high level of wine clarification.
Economically - 7 g of yeast allows you to prepare about 10-35 liters of wort
Method of use
1) Mix the contents of the packet in 100 ml of boiled water and cool to 30°C
2) Leave for 20 minutes at room temperature
3) After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation vessel
