      Special dried yeast for the fermentation of primarily white wines with a ripe, complex fruitiness (ripe tropical fruit). 

      Vinoferm Chardonnay is ideal for the cold maceration and fermentation process which helps to preserve the aromas.

      Ideal for wines aged on wood. It has a good resistance to SO2 and can be used from 12°C. 

      A typical fermentation is fast and with very little foam formation.

      Grape varieties: ideally suited to grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Solaris. 

      Dosage: 15-25 g/hl

      1) Stir 1 part yeast into 7 parts water and 3 parts must at 35-40°C

      2) Leave to rehydrate for at least 15 minutes

      3) Then add to the must

      4) Make sure the temperature difference between the yeast starter and the temperature of the must in your fermentation tank is no more than 10°C.

      Shelf life: Vacuum-packed. Store unopened in a cool, dry place (<15°C, ideal 4-8°C). Use within 2-3 days of opening.
