      Set of herbs and spices for distillates - Sambuca liqueur up to 1.5L

      Recipe:

      1) Pour one liter of alcohol or double distillate (70%) into two containers of 700ml and 300ml

      2) Pour the contents of the small packet into a 300ml container, pour the contents of the main packet into a 700ml container

      3) Close the containers and keep in a dark, warm place for 5 days

      4) Filter

      5) Remove the herbs from the 300ml dish and 1/3 of the herbs from the 700ml dish. Mix the infusions together, add 250ml of water and the herbs that were removed

      6) Distill on low heat, 3-4 drops per second

      7) To prevent turbidity of the distillate, dilute 750 ml of distillate to 45% and add 350 g of dextrose

      8) Pour into bottles and wait 3-4 weeks

      Ingredients: anise, star anise, black elderberry, lemon peel.
