Cooler with 2 evaporators - a distillation module that separates the heavy fractions that are undesirable in the final distillate, while allowing it to be enriched with volatile compounds and essential oils.

Filling of copper columns - the set includes copper prismatic springs, their use has a positive effect on the taste and aroma of the final product.

Compact size - the height of the still when folded is about 74 cm, so it can be easily placed on the stove or under the hood.

Column insulation reduces heat loss – allowing the process to be carried out at a lower ambient temperature.

Modular assembly allows you to expand or change the layout of the device.

The set includes:

1) 18 liter tank - made of stainless steel

2) Rigid dome-shaped cover with outlet for column mounting

The dome-shaped shape protects the column and its filling from entering the wort, in case the wort starts to foam.

The dome shape also increases the stability of the entire column, which in turn increases the stability of the entire distillation process.

3) Column tube (height 250 mm, tube outer diameter 48 mm) - stainless steel distillation module installed to increase the height of the distillation column.

Thanks to the mesh supports in the column, the column filling can be put into it, which will increase the purity of the obtained distillate. The best effect can be achieved by using copper prismatic springs (supplied).

4) Cooler with 2 desiccants to catch heavier fractions that are unwanted in the final product

A dehumidifier allows you to get a cleaner distillate with a higher strength. It performs several important functions, including preventing heavier fractions from entering the tank that are undesirable in the final product. It also provides a site for direct redistillation, resulting in a cleaner distillate with less water consumption in the cooler.
