The classic distiller Convex Still is a modular distillation apparatus with an 18-liter tank, dome-shaped lid, evaporator and cooler.

The complete set allows distillation without additional equipment.

Made of high-quality stainless steel (INOX), designed for use on all types of stoves - electric, induction, ceramic, gas or spiral.

The set includes two electronic thermometers with probes that ensure accurate temperature measurements during the distillation process - inside the tank and in the cooler.

High efficiency - a tank with a volume of 18 liters allows you to distill a large amount of liquid (it is recommended not to exceed 90% of the capacity, not less than 25%).

The dome-shaped cover of the tank (curved type) is an innovative design that ensures even vapor condensation, resulting in a distillate with excellent taste and aroma.

A dehumidifier allows you to get a cleaner distillate with a higher strength. It performs several important functions, including preventing heavier fractions from entering the tank that are undesirable in the final product. It also provides a site for direct redistillation, resulting in a cleaner distillate with less water consumption in the cooler.
