The distillation apparatus has a 2kW built-in heating element and a power regulator.

The apparatus and column are made of AISI304 food grade stainless steel. This material does not deform from heating and from high pressure.

Food grade steel does not interact with alcohol and does not affect the properties of the final product.

The lid and distillation column have 1.5 inch clamp flanges.

The column is not collapsible.
