The cube is made of AISI 304 food grade stainless steel with a ferromagnetic bottom that allows it to be used on an induction stove.

This material does not deform from heating and from high pressure.

Food grade steel does not interact with alcohol and does not affect the properties of the final product.

Warming up:

2) Heating element (the cube has a 2" outlet for the heating element)
