Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex is a mixture of noble wine yeasts (bayanus and cerevisiae), nutrients, vitamins and pectolytic enzymes, thanks to which you can make any wine with a vivid aroma.

For all fruit wines - this starter kit is designed to ferment wines from white and dark grapes, gooseberries, rhubarb, apples, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, raisins, hawthorns, rose hips, cherries, raspberries, prunes, blackberries, currants, blueberries, thorns.

Wine strength up to 18% ABV! Recommended fermentation temperature 14-30°C

For the preparation of 50 liters - a 40g package will allow you to prepare up to 50 liters of white or red fruit wine

Fast fermentation, great bouquet - the perfectly coordinated composition of the components of the mixture allows the wines to ferment quickly and get a wonderful bouquet of taste and aroma.

Due to its rich composition, the mixture is also well suited for fermentation of fruit mass.

Method of use:

1) Prepare wine must

2) Pour the contents of the packet onto the surface of 50 liters of wort at a temperature of 25-30°C

3) Wait half an hour, then mix thoroughly

4) Ferment at 14-30°C

Composition: Saccharomyces bayanus (17.5%), Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ammonium phosphate, pectolytic enzyme 1.3% (sucrose, pectinase [maltodextrin, polygalacturonase, water, acidity regulator: sodium chloride, vitamin B1)

The package must be used completely at one time!
