- 15 liter wine glass demijohn in a plastic basket

- Cork for a cylinder Ø43 mm with an opening for an airlock

- Airlock

- Potassium metabisulphite 10 g - agent for stabilizing must and wines and for rinsing winemaking equipment*

- Vinistart Complex - a combination of yeast, appropriate nutrients and pectoenzyme - a natural enzyme that facilitates the extraction of juice from fruits and promotes wine clarification (allows you to make a delicious wine with a strength of up to 17%)*

- Multimeter in a test tube - a hydrometer to control the concentration of sugar in must and wine

- Hose with clamp

Equipment washing:

Remember to thoroughly wash the wine equipment you will be using. This will prevent contamination that could spoil the wine. To wash wine equipment, use the potassium metabisulphite solution included in the kit or Oxi Turbo, which must be purchased separately - use according to the instructions on the package. Remember, glass flasks and other glassware should not be washed with hot water above 50°C. Too high a temperature can cause the glass to break.
