Garlic - a mix of herbs and spices for butter 10g
An excellent combination of aromatic herbs and spices, underlining the flavour and smell of home-made butter.
Ingredients for 200 g of butter:
-about 0.5 L of cream (30% - 42%);
-the garlic mix of herbs and spices for butter;
-cold water;
-salt.
Recipe:
1) Pour the cream into the jar (0.9 L), close the jar tightly with the lid and shake it until buttermilk is separated (it can take from 5 to 10 minutes).
2) Put the strainer on the bowl and place the resulting butter on the strainer.
3) Pour the separated buttermilk into another vessel (you can drink it).
4) Pour very cold water into the bowl, put the resulting butter into it and knead until you remove all the residual buttermilk (change water until it remains transparent).
5) Next, put the butter into a dry container and add the mix of herbs and spices (we recommend adding 2 g), as well as salt at your discretion.
6) The garlic mix will also enrich the taste of ready-made butter purchased at a store.
Ingredients: granulated garlic, parsley leaf, marjoram.
