Special burners using odorless fuel have a flame control that allows the temperature in the smoke chamber to be raised or lowered. A thermometer built into the lid of the smokehouse allows you to control this temperature.

Excess fat released during smoking falls into a special drip tray, thanks to which it does not burn and thus the smokehouse emits very little smoke. At the same time, this tray ensures that the fuel does not come into contact with the smoked food.
