Set of spices for vodka Gdanskaya Svetago Duho (for 3 liters)

The main ingredient - the root of angelica officinalis, was called holy (literally: the root of the holy spirit) in ancient times. The substances in the plant stimulate the appetite and improve digestion. These substances have a beneficial effect on the body, including during bronchitis.

Preparation:

1) Pour the contents of the package into a container and add 3.6 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40%

2) Leave for 10 days in a warm, dark place

3) Filter and dilute to 30% strength.

4) Distill the infusion in a stream to 45-50% strength.

5) The obtained product is diluted with water to 40% strength.

6) To soften, add a tablespoon of sugar (preferably in syrup form).

7) After 2-3 days of rest, the drink will be ready.

Using a gin basket:

1) Take 10 liters of 30% alcohol

2) Separately select the first 100 g of heads.

3) Collect the body to 50% strength in the stream.

4) The obtained product is diluted up to 40%

5) Allow to rest for 5-7 days.

6) The expected amount of the final drink is approximately 6 liters.
