Set of spices for Peppermint liqueur (for 3 liters)

Mint liqueur - a drink with a pleasant refreshing aroma and bitter taste. Good invigorating and refreshing. Beneficially affects the immune system.

Very useful during cold and flu season.

Preparation:

1) Pour the contents of the package with 1.9 liters of alcohol 40-45%

2) Mix and place in a dark, cool place for 5-7 days. Shake periodically.

3) Filter, add sugar syrup boiled from 600 ml. water and 600 gr. sugar (you can use less if you don't like sweets).

4) Allow to stand for at least 14 days, then filter through a cotton filter.
