Set of spices for rosehip liqueur (for 3 liters)

The drink is perfectly balanced, has a delicate aroma with light notes of cinnamon, orange and cloves. Liqueur has not only a wonderful taste, but also medicinal properties.

Will be necessary:

- 1 liter of 70% alcohol

- this spice kit

- 500 ml of flower honey (or 600 g of sugar)

- 1.4 liters of water

Preparation:

1) Crush the rosehips. This can be done right in the package. Then pour the contents of the kit with alcohol

2) Keep for 1 month

3) After that, the infusion must be carefully filtered and the berries squeezed out

4) Make a sweet syrup from aromatic flower honey or sugar and water

5) Add syrup to taste

The final strength of the liqueur is about 30%.
