Set of spices for Bilajja infusion (for 3 liters)

The spice kit for Bilajju infusion is a mixture of ingredients that create an authentic taste and aroma.

The composition of the product includes dried mountain ash, apples, oak chips and cloves, which add depth and richness to the drink.

The taste of this drink is balanced, with a slight acidity added by rowan and apple, perfectly combined with oak tannins and cloves, giving a light spiciness.

Will be necessary:

- 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%

- 30-50 g of sugar or honey

- this spice kit

Preparation:

1) Prepare the ingredients: to prepare the infusion, you will need 40-45% alcohol (such as vodka, spirit or distillate), this set of spices, sugar or honey (optional), a clean glass container and a funnel.

2) Pour the spices from the kit into a container and add 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%.

3) Mix well and close the container

4) Place the container in a dark place for 10-14 days. Periodically shake the container so that the spices are evenly distributed. The longer you keep the spices, the richer the taste of the drink will be.

5) The drink is filtered. To do this, use a funnel and gauze or a special filter cloth. It is not necessary to remove all deposits that appeared, but if they interfere, you can remove them.

6) Add sugar or honey if desired.

7) After adding sugar or honey, place the container with the drink in a dark and cool place for another 5-7 days.

Congratulations, your infusion is ready! Pour into another clean glass container and store in a cool, dark place.
