Set of spices for infusion Aquavit (for 3 liters)

Aquavit is a strong Scandinavian drink that contains a large amount of herbs and spices. It has a unique taste and aroma. It has a beneficial effect on the body - in cases of bowel disorders and colds

Preparation:

1) First, fry all the spices on a dry hot pan for 3 minutes (just be careful not to burn them).

2) Pour the roasted spices into a 3 liter glass jar and fill everything with 40 degree distillate.

3) Shake the contents well and leave the jar in a dark place for 2 weeks, shaking regularly several times a day.

4) After 2 weeks, try the drink and if you think the taste is not rich or strong enough, leave it for another couple of days.

5) Filter

Consume chilled before meals, especially with fatty foods.
