Set of spices Ukrainian infusion with pepper (for 3 liters)

A completely traditional and at the same time new drink. The diverse palette of taste sensations is dominated by mild pepper tones. The light sweetness of the drink is complemented by expressive notes of spices.

Preparation:

1) Pour the ingredients from the package with 3 liters of vodka or double-distilled spirit with a strength of 40-45%.

2) Mix and store in a dark, cool place for 3-4 weeks. Shake periodically

3) Filter, if desired, add 30-50 grams of sugar (honey).

4) Let it rest for 5-7 days.

Ingredients: chili pepper, vanillin, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
