Set of spices for ginger-lemon infusion (for 3 liters)

Ginger-lemon infusion is a unique alcoholic drink that heals the body and soul. The essential oils in its composition perfectly hide the smell of alcohol.

The drink resembles high-quality bitters and fits perfectly into the festive menu as the main alcohol or aperitif to whet the appetite.

Will be necessary:

- this spice kit

- 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%

- 25 g of flower honey or sugar

Preparation:

1) Mix the contents of the kit with alcohol

2) Place in a warm, dark place for 10-14 days, shake periodically.

3) Filter, add flower honey or sugar

4) Let it rest for 7-10 days.
