Set of spices for infusion Scotch style whiskey (for 3 liters)

The drink has a cloudy color and a bright malt aroma and taste reminiscent of aged whiskey. The set includes smoked malt, which gives the drink an intense smoky phenolic aroma that dominates. Has a long pleasant aftertaste.

An ideal spirit base is any double-distilled grain spirit. You can also take vodka or dilute ethyl alcohol with water to 40-45%, but in the last two cases the result will be slightly worse.

Will be necessary:

- this spice kit

- 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 45-50%

Preparation:

1) Pour the contents of the kit with alcohol

2) Leave in a dark place for 7 days, shake occasionally

3) Then filter

4) Let the infusion rest for another 3-5 days

Ingredients: heavily roasted coarse oak shavings, peat-smoked barley malt, cane sugar
