Set of spices for infusion of rum Golden (for 3 liters)

The taste of this drink has rich notes of spices, herbs, caramel and fruit, which provides a full-bodied and rich aftertaste.

It has a beautiful light brown color, a slightly spicy aroma and is easy to drink.

Will be necessary:

- 3 liters of distillate or vodka with 40-50% strength

- this spice kit

Preparation:

1) Pour the contents of the packet into a jar, add alcohol and leave for 10 days in a dark place, shaking it

2) Filter, pour back into the jar, returning the prunes and oak chips.

3) Let the drink stand for another week, then carefully filter, if necessary, sweeten a little (preferably with black cane sugar).

4) Leave the jar with chips to stand again, this time for a month. After this period, filter and taste again.

Ingredients: oak chips, dried apple, pine nuts, cardamom, prunes, chicory
