The set of spices for Kizila infusion is an excellent mixture of ingredients that will give the infusion a unique taste and aroma.
Dried dogwood and apple give the drink a slight acidity, which goes well with juniper and angelica root.
Store Kizil infusion in a cool place.
Will be necessary:
- 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%
- 30-50 g of sugar or honey

Preparation:
1) Prepare the ingredients: to prepare the tincture, you will need 40-45% alcohol (such as vodka, spirit or distillate), this set of spices, sugar or honey (optional), a clean glass container and a funnel.
2) Pour the spices from the kit into a container and add 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%.
3) Mix well and close the container
4) Place the container in a dark place for 10-14 days. Periodically shake the container so that the spices are evenly distributed. The longer you keep the spices, the richer the taste of the drink will be.
5) The drink is filtered. To do this, use a funnel and gauze or a special filter cloth. It is not necessary to remove all deposits that appeared, but if they interfere, you can remove them.
6) Add sugar or honey if desired.
7) After adding sugar or honey, place the container with the drink in a dark and cool place for another 5-7 days.
Congratulations, your infusion is ready! Pour into another clean glass container and store in a cool, dark place.
