Set of spices for Zubrovka infusion (for 3 liters)

A bitter infusion made from fragrant herbs from the Belovezh forest. Contains coumarin, which gives the infusion a characteristic aroma of freshly cut hay and a spicy taste, promotes appetite and better food digestion.

Preparation:

1) Pour the contents of the package with 3 liters of 40% alcohol (vodka, distillate, diluted alcohol)

2) Make simple sugar syrup from sugar (3 teaspoons), cool and add before keeping the drink

3) Leave in a cool, dark place for 10-14 days, shaking occasionally

4) Filter and let stand for another 5-10 days.
