- 15-25 g of sugar or honey

Preparation:

1) Prepare the ingredients: to prepare the infusion, you will need 40-45% alcohol (such as vodka, spirit or distillate), this set of spices, sugar or honey (optional), a clean glass container and a funnel.

2) Pour the spices from the kit into a container and add 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of 40-45%.

3) Mix well and close the container

4) Place the container in a dark place for 10-14 days. Periodically shake the container so that the spices are evenly distributed. The longer you keep the spices, the richer the taste of the drink will be.

5) The drink is then filtered. To do this, use a funnel and gauze or a special filter cloth. It is not necessary to remove all the deposits that appear, but if they interfere, then you can remove them.

6) Add sugar or honey if desired.

7) After adding sugar or honey, place the container with the drink in a dark and cool place for another 5-7 days.

Congratulations, your infusion is ready! Transfer it to another clean glass container and store in a cool, dark place.
