Mixture of herbs and spices for cooking stewed meat 30g for 2kg
A mixture of aromatic spices and herbs with an ideal composition that will highlight the taste and aroma of the home-made stew.
Universal - ideal for pork, but also goes well with game, lamb and veal. This blend of spices and herbs will go well with all your favorite preserved meats.
The natural ingredients - black pepper, nutmeg, allspice, marjoram, garlic and onion - will provide a fantastic aroma and unforgettable taste.
Without chemical additives - the mixture does not contain salt, preservatives or flavor enhancers.
One packet (30 g) is enough to make 2 kg of stew.
Ingredients for 2 kg stew:
600g breast
700g neck
700g shoulder blades
200 ml of water
26 g of salt
1 package of herb and spice mix
Recipe:
1) Cut the meat into pieces (approx. 3-5 cm), add water, salt and a mixture of spices, then mix everything thoroughly
2) Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours
3) After that, the jars are sterilized by scalding them, then the meat is placed in them, filling the jars to the brim
4) Covered jars are placed in a saucepan, filling it with warm water, above the level of the meat
5) Pasteurize (within 1 hour from the start of boiling)
6) The next day, repeat the pasteurization for 40 minutes. Water should not boil during pasteurization.
Ingredients: spices 50% (black pepper 32.5%, nutmeg, allspice), marjoram 17.5%, granulated garlic, dried onion.
Contains no salt, sugar, preservatives or monosodium glutamate.
Store in a dry place, do not expose to direct UV rays.
