Peclosol - nitrite salt for preserving meat 720g
One of the most effective methods of preserving meat is the use of nitrite salt, or curing salt.
It prevents the meat from losing its natural red-pink color and, above all, protects meat products from the development of unwanted microorganisms and bacteria.
As well as being an excellent stabilizer. The use of peclosalt also allows further processing of meat, such as smoking and drying.
