The innovative casing of Italian spices ensures excellent taste, aroma and attractive appearance of homemade products.

The casing is ideal for use in a 1.5kg ham cooker.

Perfect for coating home-made delicacies - boiled, steamed, fried or smoked delicacies, cured and dried meats, roasts, pâtés, fish and cheeses

When using a casing without using a ham cooking pot, it is necessary to ensure that the casing with spices fits well with the product being cooked.

The fabric part of the cover should be carefully removed from the finished food - so that only the spices remain on the surface of the food.

The spice casing is suitable for steaming, boiling, roasting and smoking (up to 180°C - provided that the casing fits tightly to the food). Do not soak the wrap before use.

Ingredients: spices in different proportions: basil (21%), garlic, tomatoes; modified starch, humectant: glycerin, thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. May contain mustard seeds.
