Set for juice pasteurization and storage - 65L tank with heater

In the Speidel juice barrel you can store fruit juices for several months and use them every day without fermenting.

If you wish, you can also store selected must or wine in the tank.

The tank does not have to be full. As the floating lid of the oil adapts to the volume of the contents, it always floats directly above the juice, preventing atmospheric oxygen from coming into contact with the juice, so the juice stays fresh for several months. Even the ancient Romans poured oil on top of the wine, using it as an "air seal" to keep the wine longer.
