Ethanol-based liquid oak extract Boise Bousinage 30ml 

Boise - is a ethanol-based oak extract of organic origin, made from oak wood of various degress of toasting using the patented technology "Bousinage". 

Exceptionally natural product, no fragrances or dyes.

Boise has a characteristic oaky aroma with spicy, vanilla and nutty notes without foreign odors. Suitable for red, rose and white wines, cognac, whiskey and other spirits.

Reduces the herbaceous tones and stabilizes the color of the drinks, reveals the aromatic potential, emphasizes berry aromas, reinforces structure and gives elegance to drinks.

It changes the aroma of alcohol and wine in a few hours, as well as refinement in wooden containers in a few years. Thanks to this the time of production of drinks is reduced.

Is produced in a certified laboratory in France and undergoes rigorous quality control. 

The basic mixture of toasting raw materials developed by experts to elaborate the tannin allows to receive an exceptional combination of tastes and aromas which are then diffused in the drinks.

10% ethanol solution

Can be added to spirits, wine and beer.

Dosage:

Spirits: 1-5 ml / 1 L

Red wine: 0,5-2,5 ml / 1 L

White wines: 0,25-1,25 ml / 1 L
