Boise Bousinage oak chips strong roast 750 gr.

Chips are large shredded oak pieces, toasted using classic technology by roasting.

They are mainly used in the stages of aging to add oak flavors and aromas to the drink.

Chips are produced only from high-quality raw materials after atmospheric drying for at least 24 months in the open air. 

Then there is an additional drying, after that the aged raw material is crushed and toasted.

Can be added to spirits, wine and beer.

Dose: 5-6g / 1L
