Kvass extract for 25L
Natural barley malt extract for the production of 25 liters of kvass
Includes: kvass extract and yeast
1) Dissolve the extract in warm water
2) Add 1-1.5kg of sugar and mix
3) Add yeast and 10g of citric acid
4) Ferment for 1-2 days
5) The kvass is ready!
