Meat mesh applicator - premium
Certified premium applicator for the preparation of hams, rolls and cheeses - facilitates the filling of meat or cheese in meat preparation nets, thanks to which the minced meat will acquire the appropriate shape before its further processing.
The certificate that allows the applicator to come into contact with food products is a guarantee of its safe use in the home kitchen.
A stable attachment of the applicator horizontally (for example on a table) or vertically (on a kitchen cabinet door) is provided by a functional base with a leg and hooks, as well as a mounting clamp suitable for most table surfaces (maximum width up to 60 mm).
The removed nozzle is profiled in such a way that, when it is installed on the pipe, it is easier to put on the mesh.
Easy to clean - the applicator can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand using detergent and a soft sponge. Cleaning is facilitated by the smoothed inner surface of the device, which reduces the retention of pieces of minced meat on it.
The applicator is suitable for various types of sieves with a diameter starting from 125 mm. For sieves with a small mesh size and which require more force to fill minced meat, the best choice would be a larger sieve diameter - from 150 mm.

Method of use:

2. Attach the nozzle and slide the mesh onto the applicator.
3. After putting on the mesh, remove the tip
4. Tie or clamp the end of the net with meat net clamps using special pliers
5. Place the meat or cheese in the applicator and, holding the sieve with one hand, fill the minced meat towards the end of the sieve so that it fills tightly.
6. Fill the sieve with minced meat, tie it tightly with sausage string or press with a sausage clip and cut.
Your meat and cheeses are ready for further processing - smoking, frying or steaming.
