Thanks to the high amount of natural grape sugar, you get fast and efficient fermentation, so no additional sugar is needed for fermentation.
The natural sugar content of the grapes is sufficient to produce a wine with an alcohol concentration of about 11%.
Nonne Noir wine sets are diluted with 18 liters of water to 23 liters of grape must - 32 bottles of wine are obtained.
