Safe and convenient - the removable plastic case allows you to thoroughly wash the balloon. The basket with handles can also be used separately as an airtight container.

The advantages of traditional glass - the demijohn is made of untempered thermal glass, which has all the certificates that allow it to come into contact with food and alcohol.

Fermentation is controlled - the glass demijohn is very hermetic and has the ability to "observe" and thus control the progress of the fermentation process.

Demijohns are handmade, so the shape of each product is somewhat unique and neck sizes may vary slightly.

Usage:

The glass should not be subjected to too sudden thermal shocks, as too large a temperature difference can damage it. It is recommended to keep the demijohn at room temperature for at least an hour before use. Do not fill the cylinder with liquid above 50°C. It is recommended to wash the glass in warm water with the addition of disinfectants such as potassium metabisulphite or Oxy Turbo.

The demijohn and basket are made from 100% recycled material.
