Copper Capped Glass Column - Flute 2 Inch 7 Tiers

Cap column or flute is a column placed in a glass body. It consists of several levels, on each of which caps are placed. During the distillation process, phlegm returns from the dephlegmator and fills each stage to their operating level. As the steam passes through the liquid, it creates bubbling-barbotage. The universal cap ensures the maintenance of the required amount of liquid and the free passage of steam.

The flute has the latest generation of caps, or dual-action caps, which are able to maintain liquid levels and allow vapor to pass through. Unlike high-cap columns and flowing-cap columns, dual-stage cap columns provide greater efficiency and throughput.

Thanks to its construction, the column perfectly preserves the aromas of fruits and grains. At the same time, it provides sufficient strength and shear to separate unwanted fractions.
