      Centrifugal pump with magnetic connection. The body ("snail") and impeller are made of polyphenylene sulfide. It is fully compatible with a pump with a stainless steel housing.

      The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is 120°C, which allows the pump to be used with boiling must. Great for home brewing.

      The pump inlet and outlet have a 1/2 inch thread. Internal threads (not included) are used to connect the hoses. Use a hose and nipple at least 12mm in diameter at the inlet. It is recommended to install a ball valve on the pump outlet to control the flow.

      The magnetic connection completely isolates the pumped liquid from the electric motor. Torque is transmitted from the motor to the impeller using a magnetic field. As a result, there are no seals in the pump that can be damaged over time.

      The detachable pump housing (auger) can be easily disassembled for cleaning and disinfection. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of materials suitable for contact with food.

      Advantages of using polyphenylene sulfide:

      - The high thermal stability of the material allows the pump to be used at cooking temperatures and above.

      - Chemical resistance. PPS is chemically resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances even at elevated temperatures, which allows the pump to be used to pump cleaning solutions.

      - Dimensional stability. PPS provides excellent dimensional stability even when used at high temperatures and high humidity.

      - Mechanical properties. PPS has a high strength and tensile modulus over a wide temperature range from -50… + 220°C.

      - Costs are lower compared to stainless steel.

      - Long service life.

      The fluid inlet is through the central branch pipe and the fluid outlet is through the side pipe.

      Use a hose with a diameter of at least 12mm. Using a smaller diameter can cause cavitation and pump problems.

      The pump must not be run "dry". It is forbidden to immerse in water.
