Double-walled steam water boiler for 100 liters of stainless steel - a complex device for the preparation of alcoholic beverages.

The steam boiler is capable of the following processes: thermostatic fermentation, distillation, evaporation and cooking.

A distillation column will be suitable for distillation

It is successfully used in the preparation of classic wheat, dark, craft beer, must and distillation.

It can also be used to make jams, compotes and other foods that require heating to 100°C and above.

Beverages that require uniform temperature heating are treated without burning on the walls of the main tank. An even temperature distribution in the working area of the tank is ensured by a double-walled water-steam compartment.

Two types of heating - through the water-steam jacket and direct heating in the boiler (separate entrances for heating elements).

Convenient liquid drainage is provided by a conical bottom with a protective lid for the removal of solid particles.

All seams are welded from the inside, thus preventing clogging with debris and making cleaning easier after cooking.
