125L double-wall distillation apparatus with a control unit and 10kW heating elements - complex equipment for the preparation of alcoholic beverages.

A steam water boiler is capable of the following processes: thermostatic fermentation, distillation, evaporation and boiling.

A tank of special design, consisting of two vessels immersed in each other.

Even temperature distribution throughout the working area of ​​the tank is provided by the double-walled water-steam outer compartment, the bottom of which is filled with water heated to boiling temperature using electric heating elements - tenus.

Beverages that require uniform temperature heating are processed without sticking to the walls of the main tank.

Two types of heating - through a water-steam jacket and direct heating in the boiler (separate entrances for heating elements).

Built-in manual stirrer, which helps to mix the raw materials in the boiler, thereby speeding up the heat transfer process and ensuring more even heating.
